Opening Screen
Adding Products
A simple search to find the beer or cider you wish to add to your inventory. Once you have added, its easy to set to either Delivered, Coming Soon or Available Now (and set size of cask to track how quickly its sold). Price is optional if you show them.
Product not found link at the bottom if a beer/cider cannot be found!
Inventory
Your inventory shows all your Delivered, Available Now and Coming Soon Beers. A simple click on each beer to change its status. When you change a beer to Available Now any subscribers to your venue will get a notification.
Green – Available Now, Orange – Coming Soon and Red – Delivered
Sharing Beer Boards
Using the Share tab, there are lots of templates that you can use to easily share your “whats on today” beers and ciders. You can use these on social media. If using Twitter aswell the tags are included for you.
Tools
User Accounts
This options allows you to add staff to your pubs account. They can manage all of the same information so the app can always be kept up to date.
Event Listings
Allows you to add events to your pub – such as beer festivals, cheese evenings, music events and suchlike. Can include images with the event.
Other Products
This option allows you to add anything extra such as Cans and Bottles that you stock. Also useful for listing any foreign keg beers.
Customer App Poster
Produces a poster that customers can scan to download the Real Ale Finder app to keep up to date with what you have on. Easily printed and put up in key places around the pub.
Beer Board / Beer Board Poster
Beer Board will give a link to your online beer board, whereas the Beer Board Poster will give a PDF with a QR Code linking to your online beer board. The QR Code on these posters is amazing to laminate onto tables outside so customers can see what you have on before coming to the bar.

Price Options / Takeout, Delivery, Collection?
Options here to whether you show prices and can set what you offer whether its Takeout, Collection or Delivery. The app direct links to whatpub aswell for your pubs contact details.
Pump Clip Images / Tasting Notes
Easy place to download and print pump clips if you are missing any. Tasting Note Cards can be printed and placed at the front of pumps to show information about the beer.
Reports
Lots of great information in here. The first few showing the pub details, pub followers (ones who have subscribed to your venue) and followers leaderboard.
Beer Boards
This report shows the number of page views on the web beer board, pub beer board and app beer board. Great to see how many people are looking.
Current Products
A great quick look to check how long current products you are serving have been on. This is sorted by the longest first.
Sold Products
This option shows previous products and how long they were on sale for, easily changed to last 30, 60, 90, 120 etc days. Great to see which really well selling beers were at the touch of a button.

TV Screen/Website Integration
Offers a TV Screen feed customised for an annual subscription for £30 a Year. These are simply a website you load on your TV Screen, and literally takes seconds to update when you change a beer.
Also offers JSON Integration in the subscription to allow you to integrate your beer board into your website.
