Parkerville opened in July 2016 in the former Mac’s Music Store. The larger shop unit gives it more room than many micropubs, with a broad cask and cider range and a strong local following.
Inside, the front has low tables and chairs around a corner bar, with another seating area towards the rear down a small step. Distinctive ceiling lights add interest, while the room remains open and easy to move around.
Beer: 4 changing cask ales, often from local microbreweries, plus real cider.
Opening: Mon–Sat 12:00–21:00; Sun 13:00–16:00.
