Breakwater Brewery operates from former industrial premises behind Buckland Corn Mill, on a site with earlier brewing links through the former Wellington Brewery. The taproom and brewery share the same site, with a pizzeria added alongside the beer operation.
Inside, the taproom has a roomy industrial feel, with the brewery close at hand and plenty of tables through the main drinking area. Outside, there is a large patio at the front and a smaller paved area beside the river.
Beer: Breakwater’s own cask ales and ciders are served from a temperature-controlled cellar, alongside the brewery’s craft keg range.
Opening: Mon closed; Tue–Thu 17:00–22:30; Fri 16:00–23:00; Sat 12:00–23:00; Sun 13:00–21:00.

The taproom is in St Martin’s Yard off Lorne Road, around a 20-minute walk from Dover Priory station. Local buses serve the wider Buckland area.
