About Walsall
Walsall is a historic Black Country market town with medieval roots and a long industrial story. A market has been held in the town since the 13th century, while metalworking and later leather manufacturing became strongly associated with Walsall. The centre still has a good collection of traditional pubs, which is why it makes such a strong start or finish to the trail.
Other Walsall stops: Pretty Bricks • Fountain Inn • Victoria (Katz) • Lyndon House Hotel • Walsall Arms
