About Kiveton Bridge

Kiveton grew strongly around coal mining after Kiveton Park Colliery opened in the 19th century. The area is served by both Kiveton Bridge and Kiveton Park railway stations, with the trail using Kiveton Bridge on the Sheffield to Worksop and Retford line. Kiveton Tap sits on Wales Road, around a short walk from the station.
