Furlongs Ale House opened on 18 December 2014 and follows the micropub idea with a strong focus on independent cask beer. Kent microbreweries regularly feature, keeping the pub closely linked to the county’s brewing scene.
Inside, wooden bench seating and solid tables fill the compact room, with a slightly raised area adding another level towards the back. A stone-paved, walled and covered garden gives extra space outside.
Beer: 4 changing cask ales currently listed, mainly from Kent microbreweries, plus real cider.
Opening: Mon 16:00–20:00; Tue–Wed 15:00–21:00; Thu–Fri 15:00–22:00; Sat 12:00–22:00; Sun 12:00–20:00.
