The Paper Mill opened in 2014 and takes its name from Sittingbourne’s long paper-making history. It follows the classic micropub idea, concentrating on cask ale, cider and conversation in a small one-room setting.
Inside, bench seating and high tables make good use of the compact room. The layout is straightforward and welcoming, with the beer range taking centre stage rather than heavy decoration.
Beer: 3 changing cask ales currently listed, featuring local, regional and national breweries, alongside cider and KeyKeg beer.
Opening: Mon–Tue 18:00–21:00; Wed–Thu closed; Fri 14:00–22:00; Sat 16:00–21:00; Sun 13:00–18:00.
