Heysham forms the southern end of the trail, with The Bookmakers and The Dispensary close together around Heysham Road. Both are only a short walk from the Strawberry Garden bus stops, so this is an easy pair to visit together.

About Heysham
Heysham is an old coastal settlement with a history stretching back well over a thousand years. St Peter’s Church and the rock-cut graves beside the ruins of St Patrick’s Chapel are among its best-known landmarks, sitting above the bay with views across the coast. The village later grew around the port and nearby industry, but its historic centre still keeps a very different feel.
Getting to Heysham
Continue on the number 5 from Morecambe. The Bookmakers and The Dispensary are both a short walk from the Strawberry Garden stops.
