The Fylde Coast Ale Trail links real ale pubs, micropubs and brewery stops from Fleetwood and Cleveleys through Blackpool and down towards Lytham, St Annes and the surrounding villages. Trains, trams and local buses make it easy to break the coast into manageable sections.
There is no fixed start or finish. Choose the part of the coast that suits you, combine neighbouring stops or use the full guide to build a longer day.

🚆 Travel information
The trail uses a mix of Northern rail services, Blackpool’s tram network and local buses. The tram is the easiest backbone for the Blackpool–Cleveleys–Fleetwood stretch, while the railway is more useful for Kirkham, Lytham and St Annes.
For the village extensions, check bus times before travelling. Evening and Sunday services can be less frequent than the main coastal routes.
